Terms and Conditions
Quotes and Confirmation
All quotes are free and valid for 30 days from the date of issue. A booking is only confirmed upon signing the contract and paying the agreed deposit.
Deposit and Balance
A deposit of 30% of the total amount is required to confirm the date. The balance must be paid within 7 days of the event. Payments are accepted by bank transfer, credit card or cash.
Cancellation
In the event of cancellation by the Client: up to 60 days before the event, 30% of the deposit is retained; between 30 and 60 days, 50% is retained; within 30 days of the event, 100% of the agreed amount is due.
Liability
L'Aperitivo Events accepts no liability for damage to property or persons caused by force majeure, adverse weather conditions or restricted access to the venue not communicated with sufficient notice.
Jurisdiction
The Court of Lugano has jurisdiction for any dispute. Swiss law applies.
